I recently went on a memorable one that I'll never forget. The journey started at 5 AM in the morning, and I was accompanied by Vikas, an experienced guide with over 25 years of experience in the field. As we drove through the forest, I felt a sense of excitement and anticipation at the thought of seeing tigers in the wild.
Our first sighting was of a bear crossing the road, and it was fascinating to observe its movements and behavior. The Indian subcontinent is home to the sloth bear, a species that is known for its long shaggy fur and a characteristic white V-shaped chest mark.
